    A CALL FOR LETTERS: The Bert Show's Big Thank You

    I learned about Bert's Big Thank You a few years ago and absolutely loved the idea.

    What is it? It's a letter writing campaign with the goal of making sure every single deployed soldier receives a letter on Thanksgiving Day.

    Following are the details from The Bert Show website.

    So here are a few things you need to know to participate in The Bert Show's 'Big Thank You': All letters must be on 8.5” x 11” paper or smaller.

  • The Bert Show team asked its audience to write handwritten letters of gratitude for members of the U.S. military who'll be spending the holidays.

    • Will you sit down with your kids and write a letter? It doesn't have to be long. In fact, they say the 1-2 sentence letters from the kids are the most touching. I urge you to give it a shot and help make a difference in the lives of those that sacrifice so much for us.
