Into the Badlands is an American action drama television series that premiered on November 15, 2015, on AMC.[1]Into the Badlands has been described as "a high-octane sci-fi martial arts series"[2] and as a "post-apocalyptic drama".[citation needed] The series follows a warrior and a young boy who journey through a dangerous feudal land together seeking enlightenment.[3] On February 9, 2019, AMC announced that Season 3 would be the show's Last.[4] The series finale aired on May 6, 2019.[5]
