The venerable singer dropped by The Today Show on Tuesday to chat with Hoda Kotb about the first volume of her two-part memoir Cher: The Memoir, which features intimate tales about, among other things, her career and tumultuous relationship with Sonny Bono.
While relaying advice she received from comedian Lucille Ball amid her troubles with Bono, Cher dropped an uncensored F-bomb, flustering Kotb.
The cher show news "I love how you sought out another iconic woman for advice during this whole mess. You called Lucille Ball," noted Kotb. "And what did she tell you to do?"
